I was born and raised in Bangalore, India, where I began my journey with humble beginnings as an office boy. Those early experiences taught me the true meaning of hard work, consistency, and respect for every role — lessons that have stayed with me throughout my career.

My desire to learn and grow took me to Leicester, England, where I continued my education while exploring new opportunities. I started as a salesman, then joined Maryland Chicken as front staff before embarking on a rewarding journey with McDonald’s. Over time, I advanced from lobby host to delivery and kitchen operations, and later to floor manager, shift manager, and finally, store manager. Each step deepened my understanding of leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

After returning to India, I joined Naseba as a CRM Executive and later moved into Conference Sales and Sponsorship Sales. This experience strengthened my skills in corporate communication, business development, and strategic sales planning.

With the entrepreneurial spirit driving me forward, I founded my own e-commerce business, selling products on Flipkart. The venture grew successfully, allowing me to sell it later at a profitable return — a milestone that gave me first-hand experience in building and scaling a business.

My next professional chapter began in Saudi Arabia, where I joined Winds Gulf in Riyadh as Regional Sales Manager. I introduced the company to e-commerce, contributing to remarkable business growth and an expanded digital presence. Later, I joined Elphybaby, playing a key role in brand development and market expansion.

I then took up a new challenge with Al Babtain Trading Company, beginning as an E-commerce Manager and later earning promotion to Purchase and Sales Planning. These roles refined my expertise in supply chain, procurement, and operations management — aligning sales strategies with organizational growth.

Today, I serve as Operations Manager at Smart Support Solutions (SSS), where I oversee day-to-day operations, supplier coordination, and business process improvements. Drawing on my experience across sectors and countries, I strive to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sustainable company growth.

My journey — from humble beginnings in Bangalore to leading operations in Saudi Arabia — reflects a belief I strongly hold: success comes not from where you start, but from the persistence, passion, and purpose you bring to every step forward.
